NBC's "Grimm" will be back for Season 5 and fans just can't wait to know the fate of their favorite characters. At the end of Season 4, Nick (David Giuntoli) lost two of the most important women in his life and would be seeking revenge by the start of the next season. [Spoilers Alert!]
According to Christian Today, Nick was supposed to kill his girlfriend Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) in an attempt to avenge his mother; however, he couldn't bring himself to do it. Instead, Juliette was killed by Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni) inside her own home. In the finale of Season 4, Nick cradled Juliette's dead body and then a group of FBI agents came to the scene. When the agents arrived, Nick said, "Take her." Fans are reportedly confused as to whom Nick is referring to, whether it was Juliette's body or Trubel's.
According to Venture Capital Post, the show's executive producer, James Kouf, revealed that Nick will be getting answers that he need in the new season. He will learn how Trubel decided to kill Juliette and he will also be mourning a lot for the upcoming episodes of Season 5. This was confirmed by the show's co-producer, David Greenwalt, who said that there will be more than 10 episodes of him alone in a room feeling really bad about what happened. Other reports also stated that Nick will be seeking revenge for the deaths of the people important to him, especially from the royals.
The cast and the executive producers of the show are set to appear on July 11 for their Comic-Con panel event in San Diego. It was reported that the show stars David Giuntoli, Russell Hornsby, Silas Weir Mitchell, Reggie Lee, Sasha Roiz, Bree Turner and Claire Coffee along with the show's executive producers Jim Kouf, David Greenwalt and Norberto Barba are going to be present.
