Blake Shelton's net worth as well as his wife Lambert's might soon be discussed after their divorce announcement. Apparently, most people are talking about their shared assets now that one of the most powerful couples in Hollywood is splitting up. As more issues crop up on their divorce, take a look back at the couple's Nashville love nest, which they purchased in 2014.
Blake and Miranda's Nashville digs purchased by the couple for $2.258 million was originally marketed for $2.699 million, Celebuzz reports. It is a 11,079-square-foot property that has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Their Brentwood home sits on the elite Arnold Palmer Signature Golf course. Inside, the home boasts marbled living room with lots of couches and chairs. Its burgeoning chandeliers and wall fresco are also focal points of the three-story mansion.
The property also features a den with high-beam vaulted ceilings and fireplace and a third-floor balcony overlooking the living area. A two-story library with wooden design, a kitchen with traditional custom wood cabinetry, and a kitchen with breakfast bar are also the main areas of Shelton and Lambert's home.
The Nashville home has its own pool which is close to the community pool. At the height of the couple's separation, sources revealed that the property will be going to Lambert while their ranch will go to Blake.
In the course of four years, the powerful duo has amassed a number of properties from their music careers. Shelton's net worth is reported at $60 million while Lambert's is $30 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Forbes has declared them as the third highest-paid celebrity couple in 2015 with a $57 million combined net worth.
Shelton's earnings reportedly came from his more than 40 performances this year. He is also one of "The Voice" coaches. On the other hand, Lambert's net worth comes from her music engagements and collaboration with signature labels including Pink Piston, Dixie Darlin, Red55 Wine, Dodge Ram trucks, and a line of shoes.
In a joint statement that was released by their reps, the couple announced their divorce on Monday: "This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
