Ariana Grande Cancels Sacramento Concert Via Twitter

Ariana Grande's Honeymoon Tour kicked off on February 25 in Independence, Missouri and the "Break Free" singer is scheduled to play 65 dates total. According to Mail Online, the hectic schedule of Grande is finally taking its toll as she tweeted out the cancellation of her show in Sacramento on Sunday.

She wrote, "Sacramento I'm so so so sorry that I'm unable to perform for you tonight. 'I'm just too sick. I never Want to dissapoint you. Rescheduling the show for Thursday and I really hope I can make it up to you then...& I love you so so much."

Mail Online noted that Grande's 32.2 million followers are not surprised by what the singer announced as she was already feeling under the weather in her Portland show on Friday. She also took to social media to update her fans about her health. She tweeted that she was not feeling well and she was taking medications to improve for her concert the following day at the Moda Centre in Portland.

The singer then followed up with another tweet Thursday telling fans and concert goers that she was still ill and will be more bundled up as she is feeling too cold for comfort. Ariana apologized in advance saying she will be using hoodies. But the "Love Me Harder" singer managed to finish the show without a hitch and thanked her fans afterwards.

According to KCRA News, the Sunday concert scheduled at the Sleep Train Arena was postponed by arena officials citing illness of the star as the reason. They also asked ticketholders of the show to come on Thursday instead at 8 p.m. The original start was at 7.30 p.m. and it is not yet known whether Grande's next stop in Mountain View will also be affected.
