According to the New York Post, Washington lived there with her actor ex-fiancé, David Moscow from 2005 to 2007. She broke off her engagement to the 'Riding in Cars with Boys' actor claiming that she was too young to get married.
Moscow is the owner of the property. Listing records state that the home last sold in 2004 for $990,000. It was briefly listed for sale in May for $3.5 million and taken off the market in July only to return with a discounted price tag.

"I'm now renovating my L.A. apartment, and that tests your patience and clarity. Living out of a suitcase so long, I'm finally establishing residence, but I'm always back in NYC. I'm born here. My parents are here," she revealed to E! Online.
