‘90210’ Star Jason Priestly Moves to Studio City After Selling Toluca Lake Home (VIDEO)

Jason Priestly, best known for playing "Brandon Walsh" on hit drama series "Beverly Hills 90210", has reportedly purchased a just-constructed home in Studio City for $2.72 million.

The Real Estalker broke the news of the purchase, which comes just after he sold off his Toluca Lake home earlier this month. The blog notes that the residence is larger than his older home and now that he and his wife have two growing children, they would want a larger space.

Dennis Chernov of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent, who stated that the residence is a 5,075-square feet single-family house, comprising of five bedrooms and six full and one half bathrooms.

The listing reflects the price of the home as $2.6 million and if the Real Estalker is to be believed, Priestly paid more than the asking price - probably because he faced some competition.

Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, high tray ceilings and French doors and windows. The double-level home boasts of an open floor plan that has a living room, a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island and a breakfast nook as well. There is a home theater in the house too.

Outside, the home has a secluded backyard with ample greens and a swimming pool with an attached spa. There is a built-in barbecue and a separate lounging area as well.

The listing describes the residence as "An exquisite Studio City New Construction gem!" It also claimed that the must-see "gem won't last!" and true to its description it was quickly taken.

On the other hand, Priestley's Toluca Lake home was smaller. Spanning an area of 3,266 square feet, the home comprised of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The double-storey home had high beamed ceilings, French windows and doors. The main entrance door is a massive wooden one.

Living space included a family room, a formal drawing room and dining area. There was a modern kitchen with a breakfast area. The master bedroom had a stone fireplace and so does the living area. Outside, there is a covered patio, a pool with an attached spa and ample garden area. There is a parking garage as well.

The real estate activities come just days after the actor released his book, "Jason Priestley: A Memoir."

In the book, Priestly revealed several candid titbits about himself and his pals including Brad Pitt, recalling how they lived in West Hollywood. Apparently, Pitt was just 'a random guy sleeping on Priestly's couch' when they first met, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
