Sarah Jessica Parker, the "Sex and the City" star, has reportedly put her townhouse in Greenwich, New York City, up for sale with a $22 million price tag.
This is not the first time the residence has been offered for sale. It was listed for $24.99 million in 2012 with Sotheby's International Realty. At that time, Parker and husband Matthew Broderick hadn't even moved into the house. But the home was de-listed soon probably because the couple moved into the house.
The residence located at 20 East 10th Street is a five-level townhouse that offers approximately 6,800 square feet of living space. The residence is currently listed with Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman.
Floor plans according to the listing show that the garden-level floor open through an entrance into a sleek foyer that leads directly to a pantry, a modern kitchen and a breakfast room. The level also has a storage room and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
A flight of stairs leads to the parlor floor, which is comprised of a bar area and separate living and dining parlors.
The third floor has a library, three guest bedrooms with walk-in closets and reading nooks. The master suite spans the entire fourth floor complete with a terrace and a dressing room.
The fifth level has the office, a media room and a family room. There is a storage level below the garden area floor, which has a vault, a playroom, a work room and a laundry.
Interiors of the home have recently been redone and now boast of hardwood flooring, high drywall ceilings and large glass doors and windows.
"The house comes with five-zone HVAC system, state of the art NEST thermostats, Lutron Maestro dimmers with LED displays, a modern water-based fire suppression system, air cleaning & humidification system, seven working fireplaces, and Arnold Chan designed lighting," according to the listing.
Parker opened doors of the home for Vogue Magazine recently, with whom she did an interesting rapid-fire interview revealing some candid facts about herself.
