Perhaps the only thing harder to come by than a free car is a private driveway in New York City. The remaining three townhouses in this new development in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn have both. They're part of a 22-townhouse project called King & Sullivan and with only three homes left the sales team have come up with a way to encourage buyers to come out of the woodwork and sign on the dotted line. The first buyer to close on any one of the remaining townhouses will get a free hybrid MINI Countryman with a suggested retail price of $46,500. The preliminary paperwork has already been completed with the Manhattan MINI dealership so it will transfer seamlessly as part of the sale.
