The FBI arrested Texas-based real estate agent, Jenna Ryan, for her active participation in the violent riot at the U.S. capitol last week.

According to FOX4, the realtor from Frisco has been charged for "knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority" and "disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds."

Based on the criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the 50-year-old real estate broker and life coach documented her two-day trip to Washington D.C., which clearly showed her involvement at last Friday's insurrection.

The feds also reported that Ryan and her companions arrived from Denton to D.C. via small private aircraft on January 5.

Social Media Documentation

Jenna Ryan started her documentation by posting a bathroom mirror selfie on Facebook, saying: "We're gonna go down and storm the Capitol. They're down there right now and that's why we came and so that's what we are going to do. So wish me luck. This is a prelude going to war."

In a deleted clip, Ryan also documented herself marching to the Capitol and declaring to invasion whether it is a "life or death" situation. The videos clearly show the realtor inside the Capitol as she showcases the broken glass windows and sounding alarms while cheering "U-S-A! U-S-A!"

Later that day, Ryan confirmed on Twitter: "We just stormed the Capital. It was one of the best days of my life."

FBI special agent Matthew J DeSarno said that aside from Ryan's social media posts, they have also collected evidence at her Carrolton home.

"We are looking to identify every single person who was involved in that siege at the Capitol," DeSarno said.

The FBI also noted that Jenna Ryan is one of more than 275 people with insurrection-related open cases.

Defending Herself

In an interview with FOX4 before the arrest, Jenna Ryan said she is confident that she would not be taken into custody as she is only doing her duty for her President.

"I do not feel that I did anything wrong, in fact, I felt that I did something noble and I'm proud of being there," Ryan said.

While the realtor admitted to storming the Capitol, she claims that she was in peaceful behavior.

"And I'm like, 'OK, we're going to go storm the Capitol,' but I didn't mean like with guns and knives. To me, it was a protest. I didn't know people were getting killed. I didn't know people were dying," Ryan explained.

Meanwhile, in a Twitter statement, Ryan said she does not condone the violent protest that happened.

"I am truly heartbroken for the people who have lost their lives. Hatred and violence toward each other are not going to solve our country's issues," Ryan wrote.

She also encouraged everyone to "come together" regardless of the political party they support as everything should be resolved in peace.

Jenna Ryan is just one of the handful of protesters arrested by the feds on Friday.
