According to Mansion Global, the model-actresses listed their shared property last week with an initial asking price of $3.75 million.
The Delevigne mansion, which was put in the spotlight by Architectural Digest in 2019, features a colorful and playful interior that best describes Cara and Poppy's personalities. They have owned the house for four years and subjected it through a series of mischievous home improvements.

While the London natives have not disclosed why they decided to sell the house, they actually picked a good time to put up the entry-level luxury home in the Los Angeles market. Despite the coronavirus global pandemic, the city has recorded a stable real estate activity with a price increase as buyers look for bigger homes for work-from-home and homeschool setup.

Cara and Poppy's two-story 1950s-inspired mansion is situated under a canopy of vines in Hollywood Hills. It is discreetly located on a quiet street where future owners can enjoy their maximum privacy.
The massive real estate with four bedrooms features a tropical jungle theme accentuated by the hand-painted toucan and geometric patterned wallpapers.
Upon entering the paste blue door with golden pineapple decor, you will be greeted with the house's tropical-themed dining area. Get a total summer vibe with the emerald-covered dining room complete with rattan monkey chandelier and green plants centerpiece.
The entire house is basically filled with plants, both live, artificial, and wallpaper. One bathroom is even covered in banana-lead wallpaper and a quirky-printed toilet.
With a tropical-themed guest room, bar, and movie room with a center pole, the house is perfect for entertaining family and friends. They will surely feel like they're out of L.A with Cara and Poppy's colorful home.
Outside lies a wraparound balcony, walk-out pool area, a spa, fire pit, and barbecue. During the Architectural Digest house tour, Poppy explained that the lack of garden situation in the home where they grew up is the reason why they decided to surround the property with lush greens.
Contrasting Bedrooms
While the entire house is an ultimate tropical dream come true, Cara and Poppy made their personality stand out with their respective bedrooms.
Poppy's room, which she sometimes shared with her husband, James Cook, is light and airy. It features an accent wall with hand-painted Gournay paper with tropical animals like monkeys and toucans. The rest of the bedroom is filled with Tiffany blue beddings and decors.
On the other hand, Cara's bedroom offers a gentleman's club theme with a combination of marsala and gold curtains, sofa, door, and flooring.
"The room feels like the Playboy Mansion with a touch of Art Deco and a David Hicks pattern thrown in for good measure," Cara said.
"I wanted to reclaim the concept of the bachelor pad and make it my own," she added.
