Billie Eilish has amassed success and a massive $50 million net worth at a young age. And while she has been receiving awards for her work in recent years, Eilish also has an expansive real estate portfolio under her name.
Born to artists Maggie Baird and Patrick O'Connell, Eilish was exposed to music from a young age. She began producing music with her brother, Finneas, when she was 13 and found success after releasing her debut album, "When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" in 2019.
Eilish has since become the youngest artist to sweep every general award category at the Grammys in 2022. She also has two Oscars, including one for her James Bond theme track song "No Time to Die" in 2022 and another this year for her song "What Was I Made For?" featured on the Barbie soundtrack.
But apart from awards and albums, the songstress is also the owner of several properties across the country. Here's a look at all the houses owned by Eilish.
Highland Park House
Billie Eilish's fame skyrocketed when she was a teenager. And despite owning several properties, Eilish said she still prefers to live with her parents in their childhood home in Highland Park, Los Angeles.
Eilish's parents purchased the home in Highland Park in 2022 for $240,000. Today, the home is valued at around $800,000, according to The Richest. The house features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a modular kitchen.
Glendale
In 2021, Eilish purchased an equestrian ranch in Glendale for $2.3 million. Located just 10 minutes from her childhood home, the house was previously owned by singer Leona Lewis, who carried out several renovations and remodeling projects.
The private property spans 0.72 acres of land and features a three-bedroom, three-bathroom primary house, a guest house near the living quarters, and a horse keeper's apartment.
Malibu
Eilish owns a luxurious beachfront property between the Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores Beach, a little south of the Malibu pier. The house spans 1,250 square feet and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, the house boasts two large oceanfront decks with panoramic views of the beach.
