Actress and talk show host Drew Barrymore has listed her charming Hamptons residence for sale for $8.45 million.

Barrymore's Hamptons property spans 1.7 acres and boasts a 1920s barn that was later renovated into a 6,580-square-foot primary residence. The house was listed with Sotheby's International Realty for a whopping $8.45 million. The listing, held by Sotheby's Kathy Konzet, was published last week.

Barrymore's Hamptons Barn

Barrymore bought the Hamptons barn in 2019 for $5.5 million, according to Robb Report, citing property records. At the time, the property features a farmhouse-style home with six bedrooms and five baths.

Since buying the property, Barrymore has done renovations to include a guest cottage featuring one bedroom, one bath, an oversized roof deck, a living room, and an office area.

The property was built in 1920 and features a guest house, swimming pool, media room, home theater, an outdoor pool, and a brick-stacked fireplace, per the listing. Additionally, the living space is accented with rustic hardwood floors, high exposed-beam ceilings, and French doors that open to the outdoors.

Barrymore's renovations also added terracotta tiles to the kitchen, which is outfitted with glass-front cabinetry, butcher block countertops, stainless appliances, and an eat-in peninsula. The kitchen area is separated from the breakfast nook and the great room by a see-through divider.

Furthermore, Barrymore's renovated barn features a pink-hued dining area that features a window seat and a skylight. Outside of the main residence, the property features park-like grounds, vegetable and flower gardens, flowering gardens, rolling lawns, a bocce court, and plenty of space for outdoor entertainment.

While the mansion does not have stunning ocean views, it is located less than a mile away from the Atlantic Ocean.

"Less than 1 mile from the ocean beach, this exceptional compound is in a premiere A+ location among the wide open scenic fields and beaches of iconic Sagaponack," the listing read.

Barrymore's career in Hollywood began when she starred in her breakout role in "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial." She later starred in top films, including "Charlie's Angels," "Boys on the Side," "The Wedding Singer," "50 First Dates," and "Never Been Kissed."

Since 2020, Barrymore has been serving as the daytime talk show host on "The Drew Barrymore Show."
