US News & World Report has released its 2024 list of the best places to live in the United States, with most of the cities in the top spots found in the Midwestern and Southern regions.

The media outlet ranks 150 major cities to determine the best places to live in the country. This year's top cities were mostly located in the Midwest and South. The outlet ranks cities on several factors, including crime rates, education, employment opportunities, housing affordability, and quality of life. 

Here are the 10 best places to live in the US, according to the list. Data on the median household income are taken from the US Census while the median home price is from Realtor.com and the median rent is from Zillow.
