A property in upstate New York previously owned by actor and filmmaker Sylvester Stallone was listed for $4.29 million.

The property is located high on a hill in Garrison and offers residents 180-degree views of the Hudson River. The residence also offers over 4,600 square feet of living space and features an indoor swimming pool, a scenic driveway, an oculus skylight, a home office, a lass-walled primary suite, a media room, and a walk-in cedar closet. It also features three-and-a-half bathrooms and four bedrooms.

The property was previously owned by actor Sylvester Stallone and cookbook author and Vogue food columnist Barbara Kafka. Her family sold it in 2015 to the current owner and founder of the agency Artist Commissions Shea Spencer who regularly rents out the estate for "celebrity and high-fashion photoshoots." The listing is held by Houlihan Lawrence's Abbie Carey and is listed for sale for $4.29 million.

First built in 1969, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property underwent significant renovation throughout the years---transforming the real estate into a contemporary "monument to minimalism."

Sylvester Stallone's Real Estate Properties

It is unclear when exactly Stallone lived on the property, but press materials viewed by New York Post said it was likely in 1988---the same year his film "Rambo III" was released.

Apart from the New York real estate property, Stallone also owns a mansion in Palm Beach, Florida that he bought in December 2020 for $35.38 million. That mansion, built in 2014, features a two-story main residence, a separate guesthouse, and a pool pavilion. In total, the property has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Last year, Stallone was reportedly selling his Martyn Lawrence Bullard-designed mansion in Hidden Hills, California, for $17.2 million. The property boasted a 10,500-square-foot main house and guest house, four bedrooms, and eight bathrooms. It also featured a swimming pool, spa, cabana, four-stable barn, gym, and a movie theater.

In 2022, he also sold aa Beverly Park mansion to British singer Adele for $58 million. That property spanned 21,000 square feet and featured eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms.
