Gomez debuted as an actress at the age of 10. She starred in the show "Barney & Friends." She cemented her acting career after starring in Disney's "Wizards of Waverly Place." Gomez is a lead cast member on "Only Murders in the Building."

Outside of acting, Gomez is a singer. She is also the founder of beauty brand Rare Beauty. Rhe brand is valued at over $2 billion.

Tarzana, California

Gomez bought a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home from comedian Jonah Hill in 2011. The actress, then 19, spent $2.175 million on the property. The California home was built in 1956, according to Curbed. It features several amenities including a swimming pool and a full-sized basketball court. Gomez sold the property to Iggy Azalea and Nick Young in 2014.

Calabasas, California

Also, in 2014, Gomez bought a $3.69 million mansion in Calabasas. The property spanned 7,700 square feet. It also had five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Notable amenities include five fireplaces, a movie theater, and an underground wine cellar.

She moved out of the house in 2015 after a stalker trespassed the property. Rapper French Montana bought the Calabasas home in 2016.

Fort Worth, Texas

Gomez returned to her hometown after leaving her Calabasas home. She bought a 10,000-square-foot mansion near her childhood home in Grand Prairie. The property features five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Amenities included a game room and a pool with a waterslide.

Gomez listed the mansion for sale in 2016 for $3.499 million. It sold for $2.7 million in 2018.

Studio City, Los Angeles

Gomez moved to a cottage in Studio City that spanned more than 3,000 square feet in 2017. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home had a yoga studio, a spa, and a chef's kitchen with skylights.

It was not clear how much she spent to buy the house. The actress sold the property in 2020.

Encino, California

Selena currently resides in an 11,000-square-foot home in Encino. The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom property once belonged to singer Tom Petty. The home features sweeping canyon views and a skylight living room.
