The Osbournes are packing their bags. Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne placed their Birds Street property on the market for $1.999 million.
The famous couple own two houses on the Hollywood Hills, both of which were left unfinished. Now, they decided to sell both of the properties for almost $2 million each, according to LA Times.
The bigger mansion spans for almost a quarter acre and boasts of a 2,538-square-foot contemporary house originally built back in 1961. It is a two-floor building with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a massive fireplace in the living room.
The smaller property is on less than a quarter acre, with a 2,038-square-foot house that also sports three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
For both properties, remodeling was started but not yet completed. However, each features its own swimming pool, a spa facility, and a garage area that can hold up to two cars.
This does not mark the first time that the couple decided to sell their home, according to Blabbermouth. In April of 2011, they also listed their former Malibu residence for $10 million. They purchased the 4,500-square-foot beach house in 2003 for $5.1 million and had first placed it on the market in 2006 for $14 million.
It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, its own library, an office area, a hot tub, massive walk-in closets, and a backyard with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
Furthermore, they sold one of their properties in Los Angeles for $11.5 million in March 2013. It was an 11,000-square-foot estate with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, its own gym facility, a library, a huge swimming pool, separate quarters for the help, and other highly luxurious amenities, in addition to amazing views of the mountain and the city, according to Realtor. Plus, its interior design was reportedly completely overhauled.
They purchased this huge estate in 2007. They first decided to sell it in 2011, listing it at $12.999 million and even listed it for lease for $50,000 per month.
Ozzy Osbourne, 66, first became famous as the lead singer for the heavy metal rock band, Black Sabbath, in the 1970s. He decided to pursue a solo career in music and was supposed to perform for Ozzfiesta in Mexico but had to cancel it due to an upcoming surgery.
Meanwhile, Sharon Osbourne, 62, is his manager and has also been a regular co-host on “The Talk” since 2010. They starred, along with the rest of their family, in the 2000 reality show, “The Osbournes.”
