The home of "Furious 7" star Jason Statham and "Spider-Man" Tobey Maguire's former property have been included in LA's most expensive real estate sales list just recentlly, reports Los Angeles Times.
Here are the Top 3 residential real estate sales reported in the county from April 4 to April 11 ( combined L.A./Westside Multiple Listing Service):
1.) Beverly Hills, $12.995 million
The action star shares this Beverly Hills home with his beautiful longtime girlfriend, former Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whitely, says TMZ.
The home exudes elegance and splendor every way you turn, as if you are looking at pictures of model rooms in a travel or architectural magazine. Actually, yes, it was already featured in Architectural Digest and C Magazine, LA Times reveals in another article. With its white motif, the house is simply immaculate. Many would not be surprised to see this house wrapped in beauty as it's been said that it was formerly owned by fashion designer Jenni Kayne. The home was restored and designed by Jeffrey Allsbrook, too.
According to LA Times, Ehrlich was the listing agent of Kayne and Benjamin Bacal of Rodeo Realty Beverly Hills represented Statham.
2.) Beverly Hills, $11.5 million
In just roughly a month, this almost 5,900 sq. ft. Beverly Hills home resting on more than one acre of land was already bought via Justin Mandile of The Agency, LA Times adds.
Beyond a very private home are pristine gardens mixed with exotic fruit-bearing trees to a greenthumb's delight, notes the outlet. There is also a swimming pool inside for a way to relax this summer while staying at this French-inspired home.
The listing agent for the property is Michael Sahakian of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, notes LA Times.
3.) Brentwood, $10.4 million
Unlike Statham, who bought a property in Beverly Hills, Maguire sold this Brentwood property just after over a year of staying here. What did he get from the recent sale? An amazing profit of almost $2M, notes the outlet.
The property boasts a lineage of celebrities who were under its care. The home was formerly owned by Ricki Lake, A TV host but before that, it was owned by Courteney Cox, known as Monica of the successful comedy TV series "Friends" and her ex-husband, David Arquette, reports Huffington Post.
What's more amazing about this Santa Monica deal is that Maguire was even able to top his asking price by more than $150,000, LA times says. Seriously, what kind of amazing superpower is that? Simply wonderful.
The new homeowners must have felt like they were in a resort upon seeing the 6300 sq.ft. Brentwood property as featured on the Huffington Post. With spanning windows, most rooms offer the beautifully-manicured gardens outside, the Zen-inspired home looks very comfortable, and will make the new owners feel like living in spa heaven.
Judy Feder of Hilton & Hyland handled the listing and Laurie Woolner of Power Brokers International represented the buyer, says LA Times.
