The free Xbox Live Games with Gold for next month have not been announced yet but a Twitter post by a certain game developer possibly hinted that one of their games will be part of the lineup for May. A fan asked the developer when "Lifeless Planet" will be coming to the Xbox One but the answer was a bit cryptic, to say the least.
"As I said, not months!" the developer wrote on Twitter. "And, I can tell you - this week will be a very good one for 'Lifeless Planet' fans!"
"Lifeless Planet" is an indie exploration game set on a barren planet. Gamers will be taking on the role of an astronaut who discovers the planet's secrets through exploration.
Apart from "Lifeless Planet," rumor has it that there are also other games that are going to be part of May's Xbox Live Games with Gold lineup. According to Product-Reviews, the Xbox One games that are in sync for this week's deal with Gold are now live until May 4. Based on the report, some of today's highly played games will be made available with massively discounted prices.
Gamers who have the latest gaming console from Microsoft can get their hands on some relatively affordable, yet really good, games for the Xbox One. According to the reviews, the common favorite among gamers is the "Madden NFL 15" which is now available with a 60 percent discount. "Angry Birds Star Wars" can be purchased with 80 percent chopped off from its price. "Dance Central Spotlight" is also part of the lineup for only half of its original price.
Other games can also be availed at smaller discounts through the "Spotlight Sale." Through this sale, Xbox One gamers can get 20 percent to 75 percent off for "Dead Rising 3 Season Pass," "Star Wars Pinball," "Strider," "Super Ultra Dead Rising 3 Arcade Remix," and "Resident Evil Revelations 2."
"Lifeless Planet" may be an indie game but Gear Nuke is admittedly not surprised to discover that it is part of May's game lineup. After all, Microsoft reportedly has a bit of a knack in introducing new indie games through the Xbox Live Games with Gold - just like they did previously with "IDARB" and "Chariot."
These games will only be available with these deals until the end of May 4. Gamers who want to get their hands on the aforementioned games will have to act quickly.
