Tyga's neighbors from  the gated community of The Oaks are fed up with the 25-year-old's partying.

As reported by TMZ, the residents of the affluent community are upset over the behavior of Kylie Jenner's boyfriend. According to the write up, the issues raised against the musician include overly loud parties and his continuous disregard for security measures required within the neighborhood.

"Sources tell TMZ ... Tyga's been blowin' the roof off his Calabasas home in The Oaks development -- inviting too many guests to his parties, and letting them enter without proper security clearance. The homeowners' association has hit him with the fines, but it's having zero effect."

The report shares that the Home Owner's Association (HOA) have issued a number of fines, which remain unpaid. The "Rack City" rapper is said to have an outstanding balance of $10,000. The California native is said to  have been issued warnings and notices, which he hasn't paid much attention to. Tyga is reported to have been banned from all common areas within The Oaks development. Partial payments have been made but for the most part, the dues remain unsettled.

Tyga has been renting the home since 2012, reports Mail Online. Given this arrangement, it's technically the home owner that's in trouble but TMZ writes that the 25-year-old is being asked by his landlord to settled the fines.

The 9,279-square-foot residence includes seven bedrooms as well as a number of fitness amenities, a a private, resort-type pool and home theater, to name a few.

Earlier this month, Realty Today reported that the Grammy nominee was in trouble over unpaid rent. Following  legal judgment that orders Tyga to pay $90,000 in back rent, the Calabasas landlord claims that Tyga has not coughed up the cash.

After being served legal papers for a hearing appearance, which the rapper didn't show up for, a check was issued for $1,090 which bounced. The landlord is reportedly now demanding $124,000 (including interest) and failure to compy would result in an arrest warrant.

The Oaks comunity is the home for a number of celebrities that include Jennifer Lopez, Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes, Katie Homes and more. In addition, Tyga's rumored love, 17-year-old Kylie Jenner has recently purchased a home in the area for $2.7 million.
