Hillary Clinton is running for the 2016 Presidential election. But the Democrat candidate has her shares of negative criticism as she makes her stand over Gun control, Israel Boycott, and many more issues that she believes in and fights for, including the Benghazi subpoena that she denied.
Speaking of gun control, Washington Posts reports Hillary Clinton having to push on gun control indicates a change in presidential politics. It has been observed that for over quite a few decades, the Democrats who are seeking for national office have been habitually coy concerning the issue of guns due to fear of alienating firearms owners.
It was remembered that in 2008, Barack Obama accepted the heat for his faux pas regarding the people who "cling to guns or religion." Today, Obama hardly ever say guns again. Clinton seemed to be determined to keep watch on liberal ground in her primary race in opposition to revolutionary Sen. Bernie Sanders. The former United States Secretary of State is not only starting off a debate but she is also swearing to fight the National Rifle Association. "I'm going to speak out against the uncontrollable use of guns in our country because I believe we can do better," Hilary declared in Iowa City.
Hilary Clinton also expressed her strong support for Israel. CNN says that Clinton has sent letters to quite a few top Jewish donors and community leaders putting across her commitment to oppose the calls to boycott Israel.
On a different note, it was reported that the House Republicans said that they have caught the former United States Secretary of State Clinton in a bold-faced Benghazi lie. Vox reports that Clinton had not been subpoenaed. This is concerning the statement she gave when she appeared on CNN early this week. However, House Speaker John Boehner and Select Committee on Benghazi Committee Chair Trey Gowdy had shown the reporters that copy of the subpoena that was sent to Clinton on March 4. That is more than a "pants on fire" situation.
