Many people have already heard about 2017 Audi R8 even before it was official.  Now that it is out in the market, is it really everything people love about Audi R8 but better in every way?  This second generation of the Audi R8 sports car is lighter, faster but more powerful.  The manufacturer actually dropped the V8 option and the six-speed manual transmission. Instead, they put in a 5.2 litter mid-mounted V10 plus engine. This new engine can give 540 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque in standard iteration.

On the outside, Audi gave the R8 a more conservative approach.  But the sharper and more angular design still holds up when compared to modern rivals. The front displays a more hexagonal grill that still follows the design DNA seen across the auto manufacturer's current vehicle lineup.  Slight changes have been made to the air ducts in the front and back but the car's entire silhouette and proportions are still clearly that of R8.  This new generation was built with various quality materials that have made it significantly lighter but forty percent more rigid than the previous car.  The sporty V10 only weighs about 3205 pounds.

The positive thing about this new R8 is that was able to balance between the luxury of a sports car and ease in daily use.  With the new R8 driving is still smooth and comfortable before rocketing to its super speed.  The interior seats are said to be comfortable and fully adjustable.  The price it will sell in the US market is yet to be announced but it has already been rumored that it will cause a commotion the market among the class of "affordable" sports car. For now, this will surely be a common argument by motor enthusiasts in bars.  This new R8 does seem promising after all.
