At present, the property is listed as one of the most beautiful vacation rentals in the ski county. Known as "The Ski Home," it was formerly in the market for $45 million. Located at #1011 Ute Avenue in Aspen, Colorado, the vacation rental home sits in a massive 75-acre space. The modern property is near celebrity homes of Charlie Sheen, Mariah Carey, Kate Hudson and Kevin Costner.
Guests will be welcomed with the property's 40-foot-high entrance foyer. The vacation rental features seven bedrooms and seven full baths. It features a combination of hardwood and marble floors, Forbes reports.
The kitchen has high ceilings, bar seating and long central island. It also has large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the mountain ranges.
The rental's open-air living room is highlighted by a fireplace and vaulted ceiling finished with brown and contrasting ivory wall color. There are two elevators and glass pocket doors, which open to amazing views of the Aspen mountain, according to Business Insider. A 30-foot long waterfall is a focal point of the 18,750-square-foot home.
The Aspen home also has a hot tub and a pool. There's also a five-car garage that has a turntable and glass doors. A two-bedroom guest apartment can also be found in the property.
