Starbucks' pumpkin spice lattes are yet to hit this summer but the Coffee company has already announced the huge change that will happen to its classic pumpkin spice latte. This seasonal coffee beverage will now have a real pumpkin in it.

Philadelphia CBS Local news says that those who are not familiar with this classic drink, it contains espresso, steamed milk and fall spices along with its pumpkin pie flavor. Based on its blog article published today that after hearing from the feedback of the customers, they have looked into the beverage and examined why they have concocted this kind of coffee several years back. Now, they would make some changes by removing the caramel coloring and adding real pumpkin.

People Magazine reports that this Starbucks iconic drink is usually served to its customers every fall season. The reinvention of pumpkin spice latte might be the company's first when it comes to adding real pumpkin puree into a coffee beverage.

The revamped fall-time coffee beverage will now contained the following ingredients aside from the espresso: pumpkin spice sauce with pumpkin purée, vanilla syrup, whipped cream and the pumpkin spice topping.

The online magazine says that they could tell that by 2020, this seasonal Pumpkin Spice Lattes will be like a pumpkin pie stuffed in a cup topped with espresso.

Consumerist says that Starbucks is indeed drawing attention this year by revamping the classic seasonal latte flavored with pumpkin. It has also been noted that this change might be to address what the notable nutritional scaremongerer, Vani "Food Babe" Hari, had written an article in her blog on August 25, 2014. She had been detailing the ingredients of the beverage, proving that there was no pumpkin in the classic drink of this famous coffee company. That specific post has been updated last April this year, by the way.

So now, the new Classic Pumpkin Spice Latte will be available this fall with real pumpkin, that for sure consumers of this beverage will surely love.
