Actress Hilary Swank's home is on the market for $9.495 million.
Swank bought the Pacific Palisades property in 2007 for $5.8 million, according to Zillow. The "Million Dollar Baby" star renovated the home when she bought it and restored the 1928 Mediterranean-style home with Mark Appleton &Associates. Designer Mark Zeff put the finishing touches to the home, making it look like a million dollars.
The estate at 439 Paseo Miramar, in California, has many indoor and outdoor spaces. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles skyline, creating a very beautiful and eccentric scene and atmosphere at night.
The property is 6,722-square-feet on about three acres, according to Zillow, which described the actress's home as elegant. It has dark beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and wrought-iron details. There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The master suit, which belonged to Swank, features a walk-in closet, an enormous bathroom and balcony. Additional features to top off the cake with icing include a home theatre, gym, guest room and pool.
The house is being listed by real estate agent Myra Nourmand of Nourmand &Associates Realtors.
Zillow reported that a monthly payment for Swanks home would be $32,933, with a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year fixed mortgage.
