One of Hollywood's power couples, Rick Nicita and Paula Wagner, sold their unique and quirky Beverly Hills home for $10.825 million.
The couple first listed their Beverly Hills mansion in February for $12.5 million, reports Variety. Nicita and Wagner purchased the almost one acre property in two separate transactions. The first was in 1990 and the second time in 1994. The two reportedly bought the multi-structure real estate for a total of $2.845 million.
Wagner and Nicita have remodeled the main house which features four bedrooms and multiple fireplaces. The Dutch-influenced property also boasts of a formal living room, dining room, a den and family room, along with a paneled library and kitchen. Aside from the main house, the couple's gated and walled mansion also has a two story guesthouse with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The guesthouse's interior design has a modern feel with a double height living room with an adjoining dining room. It even has a professionally equipped gym, perfect for fitness enthusiasts.
On the expansive Beverly Hills property is a third structure which houses the couple's theater or screening room with a 35mm screen. It also has its own fireplace and a self-contained guest apartment, which can also be used as a staff room. All of the three buildings in Wagner and Nicita's Beverly Hills home features terraces and balconies that overlooks the central garden. The nearly one acre spread also has plush lawns, towering trees, a koi pond and a flagstone terrace alongside a free-form swimming pool and spa.
Meanwhile, Nicita is a former managing partner for the Creative Artists Agency (CAA). The 69 year old producer, founder and co-chairman of RPMedia have also formed an alliance with Untitled Entertainment in March this year, reports Deadline. Between the two companies are a list of celebrity clients such as Mel Gibson, Kurt Russel, Kate Hudson, Eddie Redmayne and many others.
On the other hand, Wagner is a former actress, film producer and talent agent. According to Celebrity Net Worth, the movie executive became well known during her 15 years with CAA where she represented celebrities such as Sean Penn, Demi Moore, Tom Cruise and others. She now has her own production company, Chestnut Ridge Producers. The producer's net worth is estimated at $50 million.
