The house is located in the neighborhood of Hollywood hills and covers an area of about 2567 square feet. The home is a gated property, lined with trees that ensure some privacy for Resnick and her fiance Everett Jack Jr., reports Real Estalker.

The house was built in 1948 and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house has a cozy fireplace in the living area, upstairs. The home also boasts of a state-of-the-art central kitchen, reports Real Estalker.

The master bedroom is situated upstairs and sports limestone flooring. The lower level consists of a family room that is lined by two guest bedrooms. The room opens up to a veranda overlooking a "kidney-bean" shaped pool, reports Real Estalker.

The house also has a dappled exterior barbecue kitchen and a small motor court. It has a detached garage and can accommodate two cars. Behind the garage there is an isolated area that can be used for meditation or to have a quiet time, reports Real Estalker.

Resnick waltzed into the showbiz world of Hollywood as a designer. She designs furniture accessories and has taken up home and interior designing as well.

Resnick  may do  the interiors of her brand new home on her own. She designed Paris Hilton's nightclub lounge at her Sunset Strip home on North King's road earlier. She has also designed homes of Nick Lachey and Kevin Connolly, reports Real Estalker.

She has a liking for deep, brooding colors and it is expected that she may do up her new house in those colors.
