Pretty faces of Hollywood's social circle have really given the real estate markets of America a boost for a while now. Hilton Hotel heiress and socialite Nicky Hilton, who first listed her Hollywood Hills home in July 2012 for $2,950,000, has cut off $255,000 bucks and relisted it for $2,695,000.

The double-story Sunset Strip home was purchased by Nicky Hilton, who also happens to be the little sister of famous model, actor, and entrepreneur, Paris Hilton.

When Nicky purchased the home, she had it designed by actress turned designer, Faye Resnick. The interiors are done up in dark colors , leather and lots of mirrors. However, the floor planning is said to be marvelous. The place features capacious living rooms and a formal dining room and three bedrooms. An eat-in kitchen with a central island sports large ovens and built-in pantry and refrigerator. The master bedroom has large walk-in closets with two attached bathrooms, reports Trulia.

The outdoor space is rather small with a cozy pool, a fireplace and a waterfall as well. A gym, spa and a family room are some other highlighted features. The 4072 square feet home is a little less glitzy for a Hilton, nevertheless, the place is a cozy residence, reports Celeb Digs.

Nicky married her childhood friend, businessman Todd Andrew Meister at the age of 20 in 2004. However, the marriage was annulled just after a year. She broke up with producer David Katzenberg in 2011, whom she had been dating since 2007.

Nicky launched her clothing line "Nicholai" in 2007.
