There were news stories saying that Fredrik Eklund won't be bidding adieu to Bravo TV's "Million Dollar Listing New York." According to a report from TMZ, the reality star would be returning to the show according to his manager Steven Grossman.

The rumor flying about is he would be axed from the show because of alleged diva behavior and demands. The truth of the matter is, the show's success because of Eklund's efforts may even garner him a spinoff of his own. Neither is he demanding more cash. He did sell $3.5 billion in New York real estate in the past ten years.

Other gossip news sources though say otherwise. A report from the Daily Mail said the rumors are true and said that the real estate whiz kid "may have kicked the last of his signature high-kicks on the Bravo series."

Eklund's 'diva-tude' was the main reason for not being included in the fifth season of the show. Amongst his demands was to be paid $1 million per season, hair, make-up and wardrobe for every shoot. The show had boosted his already stellar resume as a real estate agent and had made him a hot commodity on the real estate speaking circuit. Without the show, a significant blow would be dealt the agent not just in the US but also in his native Sweden.

Another effect, according to the report that quoted InTouch, would be more time spent with artist-husband Derek Kaplan. The two are preparing for parenthood via surrogate named Mila.

Amongst his latest activities were having a much deserved vacation with hubby in Napa Valley, California. Last Wednesday, he was reported to be in Shanghai China to speak before 5,000 attendees in an investor forum.

Which report is the truth? We'll just wait and see on Season 5 of "Million Dollar Listing New York".
