Jennifer Lopez relisted her work-live estate in Hidden Hills at a lower price.

After noticing no takers at her previous asking price of $17 million, the 46 year old music artist has dropped the price of the 3.13 acre estate to $14.5 million.

Lopez purchased the 17,129-square-feet area back in 2010 for $8.2 million. The highly customized, decoratively glamified, and family-friendly complex, includes nine bedrooms and eleven full and two half bathrooms, the Variety reported.

The two structures of the residence is connected by a breezeway. The main house features a formal living room, dining rooms with a center island kitchen with thick slab marble counter tops. It also has an adjoining stair hall that leads to a paneled study room. The spacious family room includes a full bar with a staircase that winds down to the wine cellar.The guest wing on the main floor includes a windowless office and hall bathroom along with three bedrooms. The master suite of the house was built with a walk in closet, fireplace and a private balcony with sweeping views of the San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Mountains. .

The pavilion area of the residence can be accessed through the breezeway and includes one bedroom with kitchen and a bathroom. It has a full bar, a 20 seat theater with tiered seating. A dance/ recording studio with adjoining laundry room.

The outdoor area is filled with flowering gardens, a children's playground, outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool and spa. There is a garage with space good for eight cars and an off street parking that fits at least 20 cars.
