Actress-singer Jennifer Lopez is relisting her Los Angeles mansion for $14.5 million, a hefty discount off its originally listed price of $17 million.

In a blog post on homes.yahoo.com, the fabulous 17,129-square-foot mansion is home to 11 bathrooms + 9 bedrooms.  The estate is also decked out with an enviable "entertainment pavilion" that showcases a dance studio+gym with a neighboring laundry room and a professional-grade soundproof recording studio. The home also boasts of a 1,000-plus-square-foot lounge/saloon equipped with a fireplace and full bar as well as a private home-theater with stadium seating that can accommodate up to 20 people. It also has a poker nook for gaming entertainment. The master bath is also home to a mini library (with floor to ceiling bookshelves) in one side, and a freestanding tub in-between. JLo used to share the mega-home with husband singer Marc Anthony during their time together.

Her home came "under fire" after a previous article on pagesix.com featured one of her properties as having one of the lushest gardens in the plush neighborhood. However, neighbors who have tried approaching the star had not-so-nice things to say in regards to amending her water use. "She has been pretty dismissive.. "She (Lopez) has said, 'Oh, so I'll just pay some fines, what are they going to do?'", according to one source on the issue. "They're just as bad. And because of all their money, they can just pay the extra rates for water and let the city be damned," another one adds.

Still in the same article, one official commented on the water-mooching probe, "We're right up there with Beverly Hills..And that means we have to get the A-listers on the bus."

Looks like Lopez just doesn't want further altercations over her beautiful hedges. Click to view more images of the singer's illustrious home here.
