The Kardashian sisters' are selling their South Florida home for $14.5 million, reported Zillow blog.
The home is the same one Kim and Kourtney used to film their reality show "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami," and listed by luxury real estate agents Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Previews.
"With the location and the extravagant detail that went into Palazzo di Mare, it is no surprise that this is the home Kourtney and Kim Kardashian selected to stay at while filming in Miami," said Jill Eber in an interview with The Real Deal.
Their house hunting for the show was originally aimed for a South Miami abode, it eventually ended up north in the current Spanish-style northern Miami estate. The massive home is 16,500 square feet and is situated on a waterfront spanning at 340 square feet wide. It includes 8 bedrooms, 11 baths and 3 1/2 baths, according to Zillow blog.
The reality house doesn't lack for high-maintenance amenities because the Kardashian sisters are all about life in the fab lane. The home comes with a garage big enough to room 11 cars, a massage space for the frequent spa users and a billiard room in case the young Kardashian drops by.
While they also have a library at their disposal, it's probably not used as often as their sun deck and pool.
The Kardhashian sisters initially tried to find a home in Miami Beach for rent, but they faced strong opposition with the neighbors since it was the talk of realty TV show and filming. The permit required for filming was a hassle. The production company had to get permission from the neighboring property owners and the blessings from 90 percent of the outlying neighbors in 500-foot radius of the estate, reported Zillow blog.
After and unsuccessful attempt, the Kardashians had to rent farther up north in Miami. Now the house, an open lens to the high-life, is on the market for any lucky buyer.
