One of the country's largest brokerage firms is directly sending listings to Zillow Real Estate Network, reported Inman News.

Hunt Real Estate ERA, a firm based in Depew, N.Y. will be the 49th firm on the list of brokerages joining Zillow Pro for Brokers program.  Hunt represents listings in New York as well as Arizona.  Zillow's program began in June last year and according to participating firms, it has improved listing accuracy.

"The Zillow Pro for Brokers program has been a phenomenal success, and we are thrilled to enroll New York's largest family-owned real estate company, HUNT ERA," said Greg Schwartz , chief revenue officer at Zillow said in a statement. "In addition to exposure to tens of millions of home shoppers, HUNT ERA's listing agents automatically are displayed first and at the top of the page on their listings, along with their photos and links to their profiles."

Hunt ERA currently operates 30 offices in the two states, and closed 8,344 transactions in 2011, reported Inman, making it the 33rd largest brokerage according to data measured by Real Trends.

"Hunt Real Estate ERA is committed to providing our agents with the best tools and the best training in the business, and Zillow Pro for Brokers helps give them an edge in the marketplace," said Peter F. Hunt, president and CEO of Hunt Real Estate Corp., in a statement.

Zillow gathers 46 million visitors a month, and with Hunt ERA added to the list the firm can expect to strut their stuff on highly sought after networks like Zillow Mobile, Yahoo!® Homes, GoogleTM Now and, the upcoming, HGTV®'s FrontDoorTM.

Hunt ERA can expect in return their agents showcased on the list of real estate agents.  Current brokerages that are also participating in Zillow Prog for Bankers Program include Better Homes and Gardens, Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Re/Max among others from various states.
