Real Estalker Mark David of Variety reported that rapper and singer Kid Rock, whose Malibu property has been on and off the market for two years, has re-listed his Bali-inspired estate for the fourth time with its asking price reduced to $12.495 million.

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, bought the property in Point Dome way back in 2006 for $11.6 million. Ritchie had the 1.54-acre spread first offered in the open market in September 2013 with a price tag of $13.45 million.

The listing details of the estate describes it to have an 8,305-square-foot main house with five bedrooms and five bathrooms plus a poolside guesthouse. The doors, which are made of carved wood, lead to an open and airy living space which features black and white tiled floors. The living room is also spacious, with high ceilings and a fire place, and another room that doubles as a screening room.

The sleek stainless steel and wood themed kitchen opens over a two-level island and to a roomy dining room which also has a fireplace. There are four guest bedrooms and each has private access to a bathroom. The master suite comes with two walk-in closets, a fireplace (the third for the entire house) and a private veranda. The home also has an office, an exercise room, and a family room on the lower portion, which also has another fireplace. Both the living and the dining rooms lead to a series of wood-framed doors going to the partly covered terrace overlooking a garden with a jungle-like appearance. On the other side of the house are shaded verandas that usher to a swimming pool that has an outdoor shower and a lounge area with vines as its shade.

The Grammy-nominee likewise has his townhouse type residence just outside of downtown Nashville on the market since June for $799,000. Its asking price is much less than the amount Kid Rock paid for the place in 2005, which was at $824,900. The three-storey, 3,050-square-foot townhouse has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It has three fireplaces, open plan living spaces, a panelled elevator, roof terrace, private courtyard, and an attached two-car garage.

Other properties of Kid Rock include a big spread outside Detroit which he bought in 2000, and a 5,429-square-foot ocean front he acquired in February 2012 for $3,225,000.
