Kelsey Grammer's Los Angeles home is having a hard time snagging a buyer. It reportedly received a $1 million price cut--dropping it on the market for $14.995 million, according to Zillow Blog

The "Frasier" star and his ex-wife Camille have kept their fortunes in multiple estates and are now trying to cash in on it. This Beverly Glen home, located at 261 Baroda Drive is just one of their major properties and was originally listed for $18.9 million back in 2008. They purchased the home in 2007 for $13.7 million.

Grammer left his ex-wife Camille in 2011 after 14 years of marriage. Camille joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," and it probably didn't do the couple any good since it took a year for Grammer to leave her.

When they purchased the 10,567-square-foot manor, it would have marked their 10-year anniversary.

"No expense has been spared remodeling this 7-bed, 9-bath gem," said Linda May of Coldwell Banker in the home's listing description.

Some of the best parts of the home are the grand living room, courtyard and outdoor pool. The house's architecture is highlighted through the exposed beams, each with a unique design that compliments nearly all the rooms. The home also comes with an exercise room and a large chef's kitchen.

Other properties the couple owned were a ski chalet located in Avon, Colo. where they shot cabin getaway scenes for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." It's currently listed for $6.995 million.

The TV stars' Malibu home was originally listed on the market for $17.5 million in August last year and has since gone up to $17.9 million and was sold to a lucky buyer in October.

Grammer purchased his homes under the Kelsey's Fossil II Trust, but these estates are not the only ones he owned. He had a Delaware farm, two Hawaii vacation spots, several apartments in New York City and another home in Smithtown, N.Y. that sold for $4.6 million in 2007--a huge drop from its originally asking price of $12 million.

Grammer is currently known for his role in the Starz series, "Boss," where he portrayed a mayor in Chicago, winning his first drama award at the 2012 Golden Globe award for Best Actor in a Television Series Drama. He also won five Emmys for portraying Dr. Frasier Crane, a psychiatrist who settles in his hometown of Seattle after his marriage ended in Boston.

Since Camille, Grammer has moved on to wife number four, Kayte Walsh, and the couple already have a 7-month-old daughter, Faith.
