"Malibu's Most Wanted", Jamie Kennedy has re-listed his ranch style home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, at a substantial loss, asking for just $1.8 million.

Kennedy purchased the home back in 2007 for around $2.1 million. In July 2012, he first flipped the home in the open market with a $1.9 million price tag. Failing to sell then, the actor has again chopped off a small chunk off the asking price, reports Zillow.

Kennedy listed the home citing hectic travel issues. He stated that he was desperate to sell the house as he was ready for a change and his extensive travelling was making the home obsolete for him, reports LATimes.

Kennedy is a California tourism activist. He has appeared in several commercials with ex governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He currently lives in California and is now busy in the post production activities of his upcoming comic flick, "Jackhammer".

According to the Real Estalker, the home is a single family, ranch-style home. The residence spreads across an area of 2342 square feet and comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The double gated single story home was built in 1958 and has been remodeled to sport modern and sleek interiors.

The home has hardwood flooring and large floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. The open plan of the house merges indoors and outdoors of the residence, seamlessly. The place gives a vibe of complete informal living, like a hip hotel. The place has a mini-bar with a modern kitchen as well. A family room, a dining room, a living room and a master suite with walk-in closets complete the interiors.

A large swimming pool with a connected spa and a cabana lines the backyard of the house. The home also has a above-the-ground koi pond, which looks like a giant aquarium. A two car parking garage also exists on the property. On the whole, the home is a compact, stylish single family residence.
