The Season 13 of 'NCIS' will be pointing at NCIS special agent Leroy Jethro Gibb's new appearance, and possibly a more focused attitude. Viewers will remember the surgery on Gibbs after he sustained a gunshot wound from a young terrorist he befriended in Iraq. He seems to be a changed man as the plot progresses. He will be seen with a modern haircut and a dress shirt from his customary polo and military cut.
As revealed in the sneak peek for the episode entitled "Personal Day,'' Timothy McGee has said of the character that, "This man looks spectacular.'' While Eleanor "Ellie'' Bishop says that, "It's the makeover of the century. It's remarkable.'' Timothy added that he couldn't look away as he continued to analyze the before and after pictures.
According to Vine Report, Tony DiNozzo then told the two to take down the photos on the wall, and when he was explaining, Gibbs suddenly appeared behind him.
Tony confronts his boss and tells him he just wants to guard Gibbs. "Because if things get sticky, you and I both know that you're going to do whatever it takes to protect him,'' said Tony.
The new episodes of 'NCIS' Season 13 will air on CBS at 8pm, Tuesdays.
Carter Matt said that when the second episode of "NCIS" Season 13 (entitled "Personal Day'') returns on Tuesday, viewers are going to see Gibbs' new look.
For most of the season, the writers have created a good role for Bishop and McGee as commentators. They can be in any situation and come up with some fun banter about it.
At this time around, Gibbs' sudden transformation has made him a stricter agent than he was before the shooting.
In the new episode, Gibbs will be dealing with a great deal of trauma from the shooting, and it will be some time before he will start to feel normal again. No one knows if the old Gibbs will ever be back again.
