The GoPro HERO+ is the newest entry-level action camera which will be available on the market this Oct. 4. This budget-friendly camera is priced at only $199.99, with free shipping and a money-back guarantee when ordered through the GoPro online shop.

HERO+ is much cheaper than the other cameras, such as the HERO4 Silver which is priced at $399.99, and the HERO4 Black at $499.99. According to company's website,   the HERO+ camera "captures immersive 1080p60 video and 8MP photos and features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®, which provide access to the GoPro App and Smart Remote."

According to Vine Report, users can control the HERO+ remotely with the use of official app, preview pictures, play back content, and shoots short video clips through other devices such as a tablet or phone. The clips can be uploaded to social networking sites like YouTube or Facebook.

The newly released GoPro HERO+ is waterproof at 131 feet and it can survive in harsh conditions, so it can be used underwater, in the desert, or anywhere.

As the device is lightweight with just 4.3 ounces and has a compact design, it can be carried everywhere, and can even be mounted to headgears or placed safely inside pockets and bags.

The new entry-level camera device that has Wi-Fi (HERO+LCD) connectivity is just the same model but it is much better with regards to camera capability.  "That means you'll be able to record at resolutions up to 1080p at 60fps, compared to just 30fps on the entry-level Hero+."

Gizmag said GoPro HERO+ doesn't have an LCD viewfinder of its own, but you can adjust to HERO+LCD for $300.
