There is a new hideaway place for billionaires and A-list celebrities now that The Mark Hotel already opened its penthouse suite.

According to Luxury Listing NYC, the 12-foot penthouse in New York's Upper East Side is the most expensive suite in NY City and in the whole world. The luxurious and lovely suite will cost $75,000 per night. It was able to beat the Royal Penthouse Suite in the Hotel President Wilson in Geneva, Switzerland which cost $60,000 per night.

The Telegraphy Luxury said that the newly opened five-bedroom penthouse suite in Manhattan is in fact America's largest suite. It occupies both the 16th and 17th floors of a 1927 landmark building. You can just think of this place as "a billionaire bolt-hole in one of the world's priciest cities."

According to Daily Mail, the extravagant suite has its own private lift, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a 24-seated dining table, a lavish living room with 26-foot-high ceilings and a grand piano, and the highlight of it is the 2,500-square-foot rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the city's skyline and Central Park. The hotel suite is said to be a "castle in the sky."

French interior designer Jacques Grange designed the suite. The owner of The Mark Hotel, Izak Senbahar said that the penthouse is the result of a near decade-long collaboration with Grange.

He said, "'The Mark penthouse oozes pure sex appeal for your wedding night, is beyond palatial for entertaining - with a ballroom to boot - and private enough to transact your multinational M&A deal, all at the same time. We are in the business of creating memorable experiences."

As for Grange, he considered that his masterpiece work of the penthouse suite is his largest project to date. He shared in his statement, "This majestic penthouse is the ultimate residence away from home for those who truly appreciate rarified luxury, who seek a grand space that is equally equipped to lavishly entertain as it is to provide a homely private oasis with the extraordinary amenities and services The Mark Hotel offers. It is really like a castle in the sky."

In just no time the luxurious penthouse suite will soon be occupied by billionaires, celebrities and A-listers who are willing to spend so much just to experience the best services from the most expensive hotel in the world.
