Chicago Bulls elite guard Jimmy Butler just purchased a $4.3 million fabulous townhouse that is fit for entertaining guests in Chicago's River North area.

According to Realtor.com, the townhouse is built in 2008. It has over 10,000 square feet living space, three outdoor spaces which include a landscape roof deck.

The four-story home features titan security, an elevator, six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three half bathrooms, crestron system, kaleidoscope TV, electric shades, custom staircase, 750-bottle wine cellar and three car attached garage.

The townhouse was in the market for $4.6 million last Sept. 8 and the sale closed last Sept. 15. According to Chicago Business, the seller was Greg Mutz, who is the CEO of an apartment development named AMLI Residential. Cook County Recorder of Deeds reported that Mutz paid around $3.4 million when the townhouse was constructed in 2008.

Since Butler joined Bulls he already came a long way after being kicked-out of the house by his mother at the age of 13. He started his college career at Tyler Junior College and was in fact the last pick in the first round out of Marquette in 2011. He was drafted with the 30th overall pick in 2011 NBA Drafts.

According to Yahoo! Sports, last July 1, 2015 Butler agreed to have a five-year $95 million contract with Chicago Bulls. However, the deal includes giving Butler an option after the fourth year. He was a restricted free agent and Chicago matched a good offer to retain him.

It has been said that Butler's agents with Relativity Sports, Happy Walters and Steve McCaskill, were the ones who negotiated with Bulls general manager Gar Forman in order to get a good deal.

Butler is one of the strongest players of Chicago Bulls. He averaged a career-best 20 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists, and even developed into a dependable three-point threat. As a matter of fact Butler was named as 2014-2015 NBA All-Star and NBA's Most Improved Player, as reported by Fox Sports.
