The townhouse that was featured in Woody Allen's famous 1979 rom-com flick "Manhattan" will reportedly hit the listing market with an asking price of $6 million.
Located on the Upper East Side of New York, the home has already found a buyer who is just waiting for the home to be listed, reports The Real Deal.
The listing will be put up by Nest seekers International and will be handled by broker, Ryan Serhant. According to the Real deal, the current owners of the place are descendants of New York City developer, Samuel Ruggles, who donated the land to build Gramercy Park in early 1800s.
Built in 1915, the home is a 16.25 feet wide townhouse spanning an area of 3520 square feet. Sitting on a 100 feet lot, the residence is a three-story home. The top two floors of the house were used to film some scenes of the popular movie. The home can also be expanded as the property has unused air rights worth 3000 square feet.

As for Allen, he lives in the Upper East Side with his wife, Soon- Yi Previn and his two daughters. The home was featured in the November 2008 issue of the Architectural Digest.
"It's American and English country house style with a very soulful, forever feeling," Stephen Shadley , designer of Allen's home said in an interview with the Architectural Digest.
Currently Allen is working on his next project "Blue jasmine," which is wrapping up production now. His last movie "To Rome with Love" was an average hit.
In an interview with Reuters, Allen was asked which actor played him "most effectively on screen" pointing at Owen Wilson's performance in "Midnight in Paris" and Jesse Eisenberg's role in "To Rome with Love". He said:
"Owen pulled off a part that I would have played years ago, but not playing it like me. Maybe because Owen is such a cowboy - he's from Texas. He's a surfer and beachcomber. He's so unlike me that he could play that part, and you wouldn't think of him doing me. Jesse is urban and very much like me. I would have played that part like Jesse (played it). Maybe not as well because he's got that fast, very skillful delivery, but Jesse could play characters that I play very, very effectively."
