The Pritchetts and Dunphys are seen on the latest episode of ABC Family's hit comedy series, "Modern Family,'' dealing with changes that are continuously happening within their lives. Mitch and Cam do their best to adapt their financial situation, and Alex has to adjust with new roommate Maisie while she settles in another phase of her life as a college student.

According to Vine Report, in the title episode "The Closet Case,'' Mitch is determined to find a new source of income after he resigned from his job. During the turn of events, he will be hired as a consultant by Jay's biggest rival in the business.

Christopher Lloyd, co-creator of the series has previously teased that they are taking things slow, and said, "They've sort of been taking it in small steps up until this point, and sort of each is a little bit afraid of making too much of a move. And that kind of continues through the coming season."

The last episode of the series entitled "The Day Alex Left for College'' showed Claire and Phil had a hard time to accept that their middle kid is all grown-up, while the outstanding student tried to make her parents see that she can take care of herself and gave them false information when she moves out of the house.

Christian Post said that on this week's episode of "Modern Family,'' Alex (Ariel Winter) is leaving for college where she had to deal immediately with her 15-year-old roommate Maisie (Chloe Csengery). Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet) are trying to adjust with the changes of their financial situation with being a one-income family.

Fans of the hit comedy series will be surprised to know that Haley is so determined to have her on-off boyfriend Andy (Adam DeVine) to live with her.

"Modern Family" airs every Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
