Style Network, the famous urban lifestyle channel owned by NBCUniversal, has announced nine new additions to its already airing shows, out of which three will be based on real estate and interior decoration.

According to Variety.com, the new shows are a part of their increasing development slate. All the planned reality series will probably start by the coming few months.

"We are excited to expand our programming slate by developing edgy, fun, informative series that are accessible and aspirational. By partnering with creative and talented producers, Style provides a unique, optimistic environment for our viewers who have an insatiable appetite for looking good and living stylishly," Sarah Weidman, senior Vice President of original programming and development at Style, said to the Hollywood Reporter.

The three real estate unscripted series include:

The Fabulist (working title)

The show will be a comic half-hour countdown where pop culture junkies will take a look at some of the most exquisite vacation destinations, luxury homes and lifestyles while also identifying trends in the luxury property scenario. The show is being produced by Lionsgate Entertainment and Eli Frankell will be the executive producer.

Matched By Design (working title)

This series will be a home makeover show which will apparently introduce Lloyd Princeton, an interior design broker who will connect a wealthy client to an interior decorator. Princeton will select three ultimate designers who will showcase their creativity as per the needs of the client and finally a design will be chosen and the home will be remade and revealed. The show is being produced by PB&J Television with Julie Pizzi, Patty Ivins, Adam Ripp and Scott Cushing as executive producers.

Power House (working title)

This show revolves around Tiana Von Johnson, an African-American woman who owns a major real estate firm based in New York. She and her team of power agents sell upscale and luxury properties. "'Power House' follows this team that works hard and plays even harder, where the rule of thumb is - you're only as good as your last sale," reports realitytea.com. This show is being produced by Magilla Entertainment with Laura Palumbo Johnson, Matthew Ostom and Brian Flanagan as executive producers.
