In the next episode of "Chicago PD" Season 3, it seems like Voight's (Jason Beghe) tension with Lindsay's (Sophia Bush) mom, Bunny (guest star Markie Post) will continue.

According to TV Fanatic, the last episode dealt with the death of an 8-year-old boy, and this was an emotional episode for most of the characters in the show. In the previous episode, viewers also saw Lindsay move back in with Voight, but it seems like her mother doesn't approve of her decision.

According to the official synopsis of the upcoming episode posted on Cartermatt, the tension between Voight and Bunny accelerates as Bunny brings new accusations against Voight. It was revealed that Commander Fischer (guest star Kevin J. O'Connor) will inform Voight that Bunny will be bringing up a case from his past that he does not want to revisit.

Bunny has been trying to convince her daughter to stay away from Voight, telling her that he is going to get her killed just like one of his people before. Lindsay seems to be very confused about the situation and she asks her mother for some space and time. However, Bunny doesn't seem to want to leave her daughter alone.

Meanwhile, Voight is still concerned about Lindsay's welfare and he asks Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) to look after her. It seems like Voight is now on board with Halstead and Lindsay being in a relationship. He tells Halstead that he does not care what kind of relationship they have right now, but he needs to have someone back her up anytime of the day. With this, fans are speculating that the two might reunite soon.

Episode 3 will deal with a missing child. Platt (Amy Morton) will deal with a man who is trying to get her attention as he asks for help to look for his missing daughter.

"Chicago PD" Season 3 episode 3 is titled "Actual Physical Violence" and will air on NBC this week.
