In the last episode of "The Affair" Season 2, Noah Solloway (Dominic West) was accused of killing Scotty Lockhart (Colin Donnell), and in the new episode, viewers will see how things will go for him.

According to the promotional video posted on TV Fanatic, Noah does not admit killing Scotty; however, he confesses that at some point he wanted to kill him. Noah can be seen telling his lawyer, "Would I have liked to kill him? Of course I would."

This admission does no good for Noah. However, he insists that he didn't kill Scotty because he describes himself as a "civilized human being."

In the last episode, Noah was charged with vehicular homicide and obstruction of justice after he left the scene of the accident when his car hit Scotty. Noah was blamed for Scotty's death which happened after he was hit by a car.

Noah can be seen adamant about not being responsible for Scotty's death, although he tells his lawyer that he has some issues with Scotty for getting his underage daughter Whitney (Julia Goldani Telles) pregnant. This was probably one of the motives seen by the judge to rule out his order.

According to International Business Times, Scotty is the least of Noah's problems as his daughter Whitney goes to their cabin and lashes out on them. It was reported that she is still very mad at her father for leaving her mother, Helen Solloway (Maura Tierney). Her anger seemed to have been fueled when she saw Allison (Ruth Wilson) with what seems to be an engagement ring on her finger.

Because of the challenges in Noah and Allison's relationship -- the homicide case, Noah's daughter and Allison's ex-husband -- it was reported that Allison is now having second thoughts about her relationship with Noah. Will they survive the challenges?

Fans will have to stay tuned as "The Affair" Season 2 airs on Showtime on Sunday.
