Kelsey Grammer has made a cool $200,000 profit on the sale of a Spanish Colonial mansion he bought in Beverly Hills, Calif. just last year.
According to the Daily Mail, the actor sold the Spanish Colonial mansion, which has six bedrooms, for $6.7 million after purchasing it, with his new wife Kayte Walsh, in April last year for $6.5 million.
Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and a motor court. Others perks include a play/media room, intimate den, butlers' pantry with refrigerated wine storage and a large utility room with bath. It has a guest house, pool and gardens that are 'perfect for large-scale entertaining' and a three car garage plus gated motor court and was originally listed at $7.25 million.
The Emmy-winning actor, 58, split from his third wife, Camille, in 2010.
The pair are selling another Beverly Hills manor, but was recently forced to slash the asking price by more than $1 million as per their divorce, so this windfall is much needed.
Grammer began his role as Dr. Frasier Crane on "Cheers" in the late 1980s and then continued it for a decade on "Frasier." More recently, he starred in and was the executive producer of the series "Boss."
According to the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills realtor listing, the home was originally designed in 1926 and offers a "dramatic two-story entry blends a perfectly proportioned galleria and step down living room."
