The Wagoner Ranch in Texas was listed on the market for $725 million. It was reported that the said ranch is the largest working cattle ranch (under one fence) all over the world.

According to CNN, the property is larger than Los Angeles and New York City. Reportedly, it is more than half of Delaware.

The 510,525-acre land property has more tha 100 buildings. According to the property listing, the world's largest ranch features rolling stock, ranch equipment, oilfield equipment, cattle inventory, horse inventory, horse facilities, brands, intellectual property and the Waggoner office building. The ranch also includes creeks, rivers, lakes, cedar, Hackberry and soapberry trees. It was also reported that it has 20 cowboy camps.

The land is reportedly abundant in oil. The new owner, however, will only get 41.67 percent of the mineral rights. The listing agent of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International, Bernard Uechtritz, said that the two parties will divide the rights for mineral profit.

The area was reportedly never used for commercial hunting that's why lots of wildlife can be found there such as deer, turkey, quail, waterfowl and feral hogs.

According to Uechtritz, who was in-charge of the listing in August 2014, the property had 700 inquiries. The potential and qualified buyers can submit their offers on October 20, but a couple of viable offers had already been made. A full tour of the place reportedly takes three to four days.
