The "Gilmore Girls" are back, and fans are psyched on when their favorite series would air. As per TV Line, the series' comeback has already been confirmed as Netflix already closed the deal with Warner Bros. This would be a limited series revival which would be screen on Nextflix. The series creator Amy Sherman Palladino and executive producer Daniel Palladino already signed the contract for the revival.

As per the website, negotiations with the "Girlmore Girls" cast are currently ongoing, but the main characters from the classic series are expected to make a comeback as well. Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop, and Scott Patterson are currently on the list. Numerous insiders then stated that the revival will be having four ninety minute episodes or mini movies.

Both Warner Bros and Netflix however declined to make comments in regards to the revival.

Amy Sherman Palladino confirmed the possibility of the "Gilmore Girls" revival after being reunited with the show's cast at the ATX Festival this summer. She then dished out several "Girlmore Girls" spoilers in regards to the upcoming series revival.

"It would have to be the right everything - the right format, the right timing, If it ever happened, I promise we'll do it correctly."

During her interview back in 2009 with Entertainment Weekly, Amy admitted that the "Girlmore Girls" final season didn't match up to her expectations. During the interview, she stated:

 "I haven't actually seen the last season, but I heard about it from other people."

The last season may have not delivered what she expected but she kept her hopes up that the upcoming revival would stay on her terms.

"The beauty of Gilmore, and the beauty of family-relationship shows, is you never really run out of story, you're going to battle your family until you're all in the ground. Those things never resolve, doesn't matter how much therapy you get. Ten years later, there's still going to be material there to mine and to delve into."
