Peri Gilpin, who played "Roz Doyle" in the famous 90s sitcom, "Frasier" has reportedly sold her home in Malibu for $4.7 million. Gilpin purchased the home for around $3.5 million three years ago and has now sold it for a decent profit.
According to the Real Estalker, the home is a 1,783 square-foot residence comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A stone walk-way forges its way through a grassy yard, leading to the front entry.
Interiors feature white tiled flooring and large glass doors and windows. Living spaces include a small sitting area with an open plan kitchen and living room. The home also has a quaint study.
The home also has lovely outdoor seating areas and a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house.
Other than the listed Malibu property, Gilpin also has two other residences in Los Angeles. In 2007, she sold off her Beverly Hills home for $2.6 million.
The news of the sale came just a few days before Gilpin's birthday. She turned 52 Monday. Maybe she is just celebrating with the profit she made out of the sale.
