Although Apple just recently unveiled the "iPhone 6s" and "iPhone 6s Plus" in September, reports about the upcoming "iPhone 7" and "iPhone 7 Plus" are already circulating around the web.

It is rumored that the iPhone 7 has some exciting new features, which will be unveiled alongside Apple Watch 2, the second wearable tech gadget from the company, News Mic reported.

As of press time, mere rumors about the new Apple flagship are storming the internet since none of it is being confirmed by the technology giant. Conflicting specs for iPhone 7 as well different rendered images of the smart phone are revealed online.

Since the "iPhone 6s" and "iPhone 6s Plus" are said to be waterproof based on a water test video, it is speculated that "iPhone 7" would be completely waterproof especially that it will be made of polycarbonate plastic instead of metal. The use of plastic isn't good news for iPhone fans since it would sacrifice the classy and sleek design that the phones have been known for.

Intel chips is said to be used to power the Apple "iPhone 7" wherein a team of 1,000 employees are working on the 7360 LTE modem chip for the next generation iPhone, VentureBeat reported. Since Intel would replace Qualcomm, it should impress Apple with its chips.

Apple is said to release the "iPhone 7" with 4.7 inches screen and the "iPhone 7 Plus" with a 5.5-inch model display. The phones will not sport a 3D screen but will most likely feature an edge-to-edge screen, overheating technology, and wireless charging, Macworld reported.

The next iPhones are rumored to be out in the market by Sept. 2016 while the next gen Apple Watch will be released on a later date, since the company is taking time to innovate the wearable device, Cross Map reported.
