Ever felt irritated over a photo frame that just won't hang straight? Now imagine living in a photo frame-shaped hotel that just won't sit straight. That hotel is the "Unbalanced Hotel" slated to open in Lima, Peru.

OOIIO Architecture, a famous Madrid-based architecture firm has revealed its renderings for a proposed hotel in the Peruvian city of Lima. The hotel will look like a tilted photo frame, sitting on a prime water-front venue that will offer uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean.

According to Architizer, the firm is designing the hotel for a Latin American client who wants to build an innovative and unique landmark in the city.

The building will actually have a box-like shape initially. Each side of the structure will house the rooms and other amenities of the hotel. Once the building is constructed, the middle part of the box-like structure will be removed to look like a picture-frame.

The design is made to captivate people's attention and stimulate their imagination. The building will not only have 125 rooms but will also have ample space for restaurants, conference and business centers etc. According to the official website of OOIIO Architects:

"The powerful silhouette of the building immediately awakens the observer's imagination and become a benchmark for the more than 8 million inhabitants of the city of Lima. Not only provides a great demand for 125 rooms, but the building is specially endowed with important areas for restaurants, conference rooms, a business, etc..the tremendous, definitely getting extra profit by betting careful design, surprising and original."
