Lenovo announced their latest devices in their San Francisco event recently. One device that the company revealed is the "Yoga 900" which is the successor to the "Yoga 3 Pro". The "Yoga 900" offers a similar 360 degree hinge design but with an increased performance. The "Yoga 900" uses Intel's sixth generation Core i7 processor and it can be used as a tablet and a laptop. But instead of a detachable screen, Lenovo went for a 360 rotating hinge. So putting the device in tent mode, users can save room and can use the "Yoga 900" more comfortably.

The Windows 10 system also allows for better usage as the Microsoft's Continuum mode adjusts the device depending on your usage. Meaning, if you attempt to use it laptop style, the whole device will adjust to make the interface look like a laptop's, and the settings will also change once you decide to use it in tablet form.

Lenovo also boasts of Yoga 900's denser battery which the company promises a 50% battery life improvement compared to the device's predecessor. This means up to 9 hours of usage. The "Yoga 900" has 16 GB LPDDR3 RAM and it has a 512 GB capacity. The company also claims that the "Yoga 900" has an improved cooling system and it features a JBL stereo speakers with Dolby tuning.

The "Yoga 900" tablet has a 13.3 inch QHD screen with a weight of 2.8 pounds and a thickness of 14.9 mm. Lenovo claims that the "Yoga 900" may be the thinnest convertible considering that it even comes with a keyboard.

The "Yoga 900" will be available by October 19 and will be available in platinum silver, orange, and champagne gold. Price will start at $1200 for an Intel Core i7 processor with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB drive. For a double memory and storage, price can go up to $1500.
